Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Junior Java Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and a genuine enthusiasm for software development. Besides being proficient in Java, the successful candidate should have hands-on experience with various technologies, including Spring Boot, testable code creation, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, SQL, ETL tools like Apache Flink, Apache Spark, GitLab, Angular, and Python. As a Junior Java Developer, you will collaborate closely with our team to conceptualize, develop, and improve cutting-edge software solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Java and Spring Boot to develop robust and scalable applications
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Design and implement microservices architecture for distributed systems
• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes
• Work with SQL databases to store and retrieve data efficiently
• Implement ETL processes using Apache Flink or Spark
• Collaborate with team members using GitLab for version control
• Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Java programming language and Spring Boot framework
• Experience writing testable code and implementing unit tests
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization with Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Apache Flink and Spark
• Experience working with version control systems like GitLab
• Basic knowledge of frontend development using Angular
• Familiarity with Python programming language
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of software design patterns and best practices
