Project

Join our Valuation & Collateral team as we migrate to a new Collateral Management System. We’re developing multiple reactive microservices to facilitate data flows into a new vendor system. As part of this project, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining these microservices, ensuring they align with business requirements. Youll actively participate in code reviews, pair programming, and proposing technical improvements. Additionally, you’ll be driving the adoption of DevOps best practices and working on transitioning our solutions to a Kubernetes and AWS Cloud-ready architecture.

This is a cross-functional team environment where you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Expert knowledge in Java 17+ and Project Reactor
• Solid understanding of Kafka, JMS, and relational databases such as Oracle
• Strong foundation in Clean Code, SOLID principles, and GoF design patterns
• Experience with Docker
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently and solve tasks with minimal guidance
• Comfortable working in an agile environment

Beneficial skills

• Familiarity with Atlassian stack (Jira, Bamboo, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Experience with Spring
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD best practices
