Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure for the Test Suite application, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve reported issues through root cause analysis, code debugging, and system enhancements to maintain efficiency and stability.
Collaborate with QA engineers and cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that align with user-centric requirements, fostering synergy between functionality and a seamless, intuitive user experience.
requirements-expected :
3+ years of hands-on Java development with Spring Framework proficiency, paired with a growth mindset for adopting emerging technologies.
Experience designing RESTful APIs to power React-based frontends, ensuring seamless data flow and performance.
Good knowledge of relational databases including design, query optimization, and writing procedures.
Proven ability to work autonomously in a small, high performance engineering team with a balance of ownership and collaborative problem solving.
Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and test-driven code with a focus on readability and scalability.
Communicative English for articulating technical concepts and collaborating effectively in a global team environment.
