Samsung R&D Institute Poland is looking for Java Backend Developer, for the team working on Samsung Wallet solutions. The project team covers full product scope – from payment solution and Digital Identity, to the value added services (tickets, membership cards etc.). responsibilities :
Developing and maintaining new and existing services and apps
Support commercialization phase of Wallet App for EU region
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of software engineering best practices
Supporting full software development lifecycle of solution backend
Participate in international meetings
Research about innovative Digital Identity / authentication solutions
Development of backend for PoC and commercial Digital ID solutions
Implement and maintain security and data protection measures
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer
Very good knowledge of Spring Framework, REST API, SQL
Knowledge of NoSQL, Messaging and Caching Systems
Knowledge of authn/z protocols and frameworks
Knowledge of the Linux environment
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in: preferably computer science, telecommunication, other STEM field
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to write clean and high quality code
Good English and Polish - communication level
