• 8–10 years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java, including multithreaded applications
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API, and Microservices
• Experience with:
  • Kafka and stream processing
  • Kubernetes / OpenShift
  • Cloud environments
  • ELK Stack
  • Designing applications according to 12-factor app principles
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Very good English communication skills
