As a Java Developer, you will develop new web applications, new features, and maintain existing ones as well as analyze and fix any issues that arise. You’ll also be able to understand the business context and define the best solution to meet the demands.

In Cross Channel Services, we deliver cross-functional services for implementations in the online banking platform of Commerzbank to ensure stable and highly available online banking. We work in agile teams consisting of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Experts, Developers, Application Engineers, and Testers.

What you will be doing?

• Enhance and maintain the existing Java Spring Boot application
• Maintain the Azure cloud project with a containerized OpenShift project
• Agile development based on Jira and Confluence

Which technology & skills are important for us?

• Good knowledge of Java
• Good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot
• Good knowledge of REST services
• Good knowledge of Maven
• Good knowledge of databases
• Good knowledge of Azure
• Knowledge of containerization (OpenShift)

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of GDPR
• Basic knowledge of TeamCity or similar tool
• Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging

Hybrid (2-4 visits to the office a month) at Ogrodowa 8 street (Łódź)
