responsibilities :
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions for trade booking and control systems
Ensure platform accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with front office stakeholders to refine and optimize system functionality
Integrate various systems to enhance overall performance and reliability
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to continuous innovation
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of commercial Java development experience
Strong knowledge of Git version control
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
Familiarity with programming languages such as C++ or Python
Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
