As a Java Developer you will be working for our client, a FinTech organization operating at the intersection of modern technology and finance, where openness, innovation, and social engagement shape daily work. You will join the tech platform team, focusing on improving developer experience and operational excellence. The project centers on building and evolving an internal developer portal used by multiple development teams, as well as strengthening incident management capabilities to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and smooth collaboration across technical stakeholders.

responsibilities :
Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring for internal platforms
Build and enhance an internal developer portal supporting multiple engineering teams
Improve incident management tooling and workflows to increase system reliability
Collaborate with platform, product, and operations teams to gather technical requirements
Maintain and optimize existing services with a focus on performance and scalability
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code aligned with best practices
requirements-expected :
Minimum 2–4 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer
Very good knowledge of Java and Spring / Spring Boot
Experience in designing and developing backend applications
Knowledge of microservice architecture or distributed systems
Ability to work with APIs (REST) and integrations
Experience with databases including SQL and optionally NoSQL
Understanding of issues related to system reliability and error handling
Ability to work in a team and communicate technically
