We are currently looking for a Java Developer to join the IRIS 6 Team.
IRIS 6 is the next iteration of our flagship identity matching platform — a system composed of multiple products responsible for comparing identities and screening individuals against sanctions and watchlists. Most of the platform has been rebuilt from scratch over the last year, and it is currently under active development with new functionalities being added. The team puts strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and simplicity of solutions — and works on non-trivial, technically challenging problems.

,[Deliver high-quality Java code for client-specific solutions and product changes, focusing on complex tasks Write and maintain technical documentation for customizations and new features, Follow coding standards, processes, and quality gates; suggest improvements proactively, Produce installation-ready artifacts and documentation to enable deployment without developer assistance, Participate in code reviews, CI/CD improvements, and test coverage expansion, Use AI confidently to speed up coding, testing, documentation, and problem analysis, Work transparently in Jira: update issues, create sub-tasks, provide estimates, and keep status clear, Collaborate with leads, product, architects, QA, and support teams to align on scope and delivery, Contribute to third-line support for complex issues when needed, Share knowledge with the team through docs and short enablement sessions, Work mainly with Java (Spring Boot/Framework, Spring Data JPA + Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Gradle) Requirements: Java, Spring Framework, Relational database, PostgreSQL, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Liquibase, Jira, CI/CD, Angular, React, Python Tools: Jira, Confluence, GIT, Agile, Scrum.
