Successful project management requires:
- Confident knowledge of Java Core
- At least 2 project in the career
- Experience in Microservices
- Experience in Spring ecosystem(Spring boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud and etc)
- Experience in Message Brokers(Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)
- Experience in Nosql/SQL databases at an advanced level
- Conversational level of English from B2
Will be a plus:
- Experience in breaking a monolith into microservices
- Experience as a Full stack developer(React/Angular)
- Experience in interviewing in English
- Experience in Cloud(Aws, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people, willingness to participate in setting up company processes
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and practical experience applying them to security operations
