We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our Certificate and Offset Management Product development team. Working in Energys Nature and Environmental Solutions IT Portfolio, you will be supporting the development of one of the portfolios key products, building a robust and scalable service for effective end-to-end management of carbon offsets, renewable energy certificates, and green gas solutions. You will work closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and vendors to deliver our product.

Building web applications using modern tools such as Java, Spring
Delivering high-quality, well-tested code
Communicating with other teams and individuals to plan, coordinating, and seeking feedback
Pitching in where needed as a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience with modern Java coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Exposure to back-end technologies such as APIs, databases, cloud services, and infrastructure
Background in Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and expertise in object-oriented design and systems architecture
Great communication skills
Fluent Polish required
