We are looking for an experienced IBM MDM Developer to join a project team within the banking sector. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining IBM Master Data Management solutions, collaborating closely with the Scrum team, and actively participating in requirement refinement and data management process improvement.
responsibilities :
Develop and maintain the product according to agreed requirements and standards
Collaborate closely with other Scrum team members and ART (Agile Release Train) participants
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, sharing knowledge across the team
Actively participate in requirement refinement and definition of user stories and tasks
Implement high-quality, scalable MDM solutions aligned with best practices
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of professional experience in IBM MDM development
Strong proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, SQL, and CSS
Hands-on experience with Java Web Services
Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, including data deduplication and data quality principles
Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting
Fluent English
Residing in Poland required
