Java Developer – IBM Master Data Management

We are looking for an experienced IBM MDM Developer to join a project team within the banking sector. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining IBM Master Data Management solutions, collaborating closely with the Scrum team, and actively participating in requirement refinement and data management process improvement.

• Develop and maintain the product according to agreed requirements and standards
• Collaborate closely with other Scrum team members and ART (Agile Release Train) participants
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, sharing knowledge across the team
• Actively participate in requirement refinement and definition of user stories and tasks
• Implement high-quality, scalable MDM solutions aligned with best practices
