A new software development team is being established in Warsaw to collaborate with global teams in London, Bangalore, and other locations. We are looking for a Software Engineer to develop and maintain high-performance solutions that support the efficient settlement of securities transactions. This role involves working with modern technologies to solve complex challenges in the financial sector.
responsibilities :
Develop and maintain software solutions for global securities settlement
Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability
Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming with Java with proficiency in SDLC tools such as GitLab
Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, Argo CD, and GitLab CI/CD
Knowledge of securities settlements and post-trade processing is a plus
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Willingness to work full-time from the Warsaw office (5 days a week)
