Key Responsibilities:- Provide L3 support for Java applications, ensuring high availability and performance.- Troubleshoot and debug Java applications and JVM issues.- Manage and maintain Unix/Linux servers.- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues.- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.- Assist in deploying and configuring Java applications.- Document technical procedures and support processes.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on issue resolution and system status.
Requirements:- Must Have: Experience as a Java Application Production Support Engineer.- Strong experience in Unix and SQL with good knowledge of Unix/Linux servers.- Experience in managing Java applications and understanding JVMs.- Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills.- Experience in large server environments.- Excellent communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Desired Skills:- Familiarity with monitoring tools.- Knowledge of automation and scripting in Unix/Linux.- Experience with performance tuning of Java applications.What do we offer:- Hybrid work (2-3 days onsite - Warsaw).- Great company atmosphere and culture.- Growth & work life balance oriented processes.- Medical card, prepaid bonus card.- Flexible working hours.AO2841
