We are looking for an experienced Java Application Performance Engineer to join our team and support the optimization of performance and scalability of applications based on Java / Oracle WebLogic. Java Application Performance Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in Java/WebLogic applications
• Design and implement performance optimization strategies to improve speed, responsiveness, and scalability
• Collaborate with software developers and architects to design and deliver performance enhancements
• Monitor and analyze application performance metrics using monitoring tools and systems
• Proactively and reactively identify performance issues, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations for resolution
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application performance engineering

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and methodologies (especially JMeter)
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. AppDynamics or similar)
• Practical experience in monitoring and analyzing performance of WebLogic-based applications
• Familiarity with web/app server configuration and optimization
