For our client, one of the Nordic bank we realize a recuirtment process for Java Application Performance Engineer role. 

Requirements:

• Higher education level within IT or other similar fields are preferred 
• Several years of experience as Performance Engineer or within similar roles 
• Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques. 
• Proficient in performance testing tools and methodologies. (JMeter) 
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools. (ex. AppDynamics) 
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis weblogic application 
• Familiarity with webserver configurations and optimization. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Temenos Core Banking would be advantage. 
• Fluency in Enlish both writting and speaking – working within international environment

,[Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in java/weblogic application performance. , Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance the speed, responsiveness, and scalability of java/weblogic applications. , Collaborate with software developers and architects to design and implement performance enhancements and optimizations. , Monitor and analyse web application performance metrics using monitoring tools and systems. , Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, both proactively and reactively, and provide recommendations for resolution. , Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web application performance engineering.  Requirements: Java, JMeter Additionally: Sport Subscription, Private healthcare, International environment, Life insurance.
