Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 
• 4+ years’ experience in software development design 
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Programming experience in Java 8 or later 
• Linux (Ubuntu) - administration (update/upgrade, firmware/drivers, build environment, security, x11vnc) 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in C++ programming (C++ 11 or later) 
• Docker (build and development environment) 
• Software Development Lifecycle (CI/CD processes) 
• Understanding the TCP/IP from the network programming perspective 
• Java Native Interface (JNI) (C++ native code execution) 

Nice to have:

• Experience in media streaming, video/audio processing 
• Experience in cloud and on-premise software development 
• Jenkins pipelines configuration 
• Web technology or additional programming skills like JavaScript is a big advantage
