HR Operations & Shared Services Specialist Time & Attendance - German Speaking
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support the Time & Attendance (T&A) operations transition from Switzerland to our centralized team in Wroclaw. This role is designed for someone who has a strong willingness to learn and contribute. Fluency in German is essential, as you’ll be working in an international environment and supporting cross-border documentation and communication.
Education & Experience
- Experience in HR or Payroll-related field.
- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in German and good knowledge of English.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage absence tracking, shift scheduling, and documentation updates.
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and support cross-border employee documentation.
- Collaborate with Payroll and IT teams on operational tasks.
- Participate in system-related activities (e.g., ZEUS) with guidance from senior team members.
Job Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Understanding of HR or administrative processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems (e.g., ZEUS) is a plus.
- Previous experience in T&A or Payroll for Switzerland is a plus.
