We are inviting you to join the biggest and most experienced Sourcing & Procurement consulting team (+60 professionals) on the Polish market and one of the biggest in CEE. For more than 15 years, our daily bread has been leading and supporting the biggest S&P transformations for Polish and international companies. By joining, you will be defining and implementing pioneering and winning S&P concepts, strategies, methodologies, and tools.

THE WORK:

1. Work with some of the biggest iValua clients in large global implementation projects.
2. Be an integral part of innovative iValua transformation projects.
3. Utilize your functional and technical expertise in iValua by analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes supported by iValua best practice solutions.
4. Deliver client value as a professional individual and as part of a team.
5. Help clients’ sustainability agenda through Sourcing & Procurement transformations.
6. Willingness and ability to work at client’s locations across Europe, for short or long term, is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Min. 2+ years of hands-on iValua experience in an onshore project role within industry or consulting (preferred) with international exposure.
2. Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and their business value drivers.
3. Experience of the full lifecycle including estimating, planning, and delivering a solution end-to-end.
4. Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with a highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility.
5. Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and a good level of another foreign language (e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be an asset).
