Technologie u pracodawcy Wymagane ServiceNow Flexera Snow BMC Helix HPSM MS Visio MS Project Twój zakres obowiązków Lead the planning, development, and deployment of allocated ITSM processes and practices with a focus on operational excellence and service quality. Cooperate with other ITSM Process Managers within Service Management Office to foster standardised approach towards Service Management practices within Service Management and Delivery. Support capacity planning to ensure the IT organisation will meet the ITSM practice demands and ITSM practice is lean and adequately tailored. Define key performance metrics and own the optimisation and enhancements of ITSM processes and practices to ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance. Support IT Services performance investigations to ensure their high availability, reliability, and quality assurance. Track latest trends in IT Service Management and technology to drive ongoing improvements and increase the value of ITSM processes and practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Wymagania pracodawcy Excellent understanding of IT Service Management processes, practices, and automations. Experience in design, implementation, and management of ITSM process and practices. Advanced proficiency across standard ITSM practices (e.g., incident management, problem management, change management, etc.) and experience with relevant tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera Snow, BMC Helix, HPSM, MS Visio, MS Project, etc.). Experience in day-to-day ITSM process management, governance reporting, and operational activities. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent written and spoken communication skills with high English language proficiency.
