What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Running the Change Management process like it’s your own business.
- Making sure every change, whether it’s infrastructure, application, or security is properly assessed, tested, and approved.
- Chairing CAB and ECAB meetings that people actually want to attend.
- Keeping production stable, especially where it matters most: trading platforms, payment systems, and financial reporting.
- Working with DevOps, infrastructure, support, risk, compliance, and business teams and making sure they all speak the same language when it comes to change.
- Tracking KPIs that mean something. Not vanity metrics.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- You’ve done this before, at least 8 years in Change Management or ITSM in a regulated environment.
- You know ITIL inside out. Foundation is a must, anything beyond that is a bonus.
- You’ve worked in financial services. You get the pressure, the scrutiny, and the stakes.
- Understand CI/CD pipelines and how change fits into DevOps.
- Ideally our way around operational resilience, BCP, and DR.
- Experience in supporting trading, market data, treasury, or customer-facing platforms.
