About the Role
We are looking for a System Administrator – IT Services (Atlassian focus) to join our new team. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations, configuration, and optimization of our internal IT products — particularly Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and cloud-based solutions.
Your mission: guarantee maximum system availability, maintain system integrity, provide expert technical support, and implement best practices.
Team Setup
You’ll be part of a small, agile team consisting of a Product Owner (based in Poland) and two System Administrators, supported by a partner team handling process management and IT governance.
responsibilities :
Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, both on-prem and cloud versions)
Manage integrations, APIs, and custom scripts (Groovy, JavaScript)
Perform system scripting tasks (Python, Bash)
Support migration projects (on-prem → SaaS), preferably AWS
Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring high availability
Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to deliver reliable IT service
requirements-expected :
1–2 years’ experience with Linux-based systems
Strong expertise in Atlassian product installation, configuration, and management
Solid scripting skills for Atlassian administration (Groovy/JavaScript)
Strong system scripting skills (Python, Bash)
Experience in API management & integrations
Experience in cloud migration projects
English at B2 level or higher
