Job Details



Role: ITIL Production Engineer



Mode of Hiring: B2B Contract



Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid 2/3 days weekly onsite)



Note: Consultants who are based in Poland and have a valid work permit are requested to apply as per the customers compliance.



Requirements

1. Strong written and oral English skills with the ability to work with global virtual teams across multiple regions.
2. Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support, especially during weekends and public holidays.
3. Ability to work effectively and professionally under pressure.
4. Proven experience as a production technical support engineer.
5. Excellent problem-solving and root cause investigation skills.
6. Understanding of IT Infrastructure is essential.
7. Knowledge of Host to host and SWIFT gateways is a MUST.
8. Positive can do attitude and self-motivated with an adaptive capacity in learning new knowledge.
9. Development and support experience on IBM Sterling Integrator, Sterling Engine proxy, Sterling authentication server, and Sterling configuration manager.
10. Good knowledge about File Transmission protocols like FTPS, SFTP, AS2, SOAP, AS2, and SwiftNet FileAct and InterAct.
11. Experience with Java and Unix/Linux environments. Knowledge of Oracle Databases.
