About the Job Role Purpose

Lead the transformation of COPA/ML into a strategic Finance product that delivers insights, drives performance, and supports decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with Finance and business priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable specifications.
• Monitor product performance and adoption; measure ROI and business value.
• Ensure scalability and compliance through model standardization and Core Model alignment.
• Drive governance, documentation, and collaboration with Finance, Data, IT, and Design Authority.
• Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and advanced insights using CFIN and BIIMP capabilities.

About You

We expect you to have

• Strong analytical and product mindset; ability to turn business challenges into impactful features.
• Experience in Finance, data products, analytics, or ML‑driven solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a product‑centric, cross‑functional environment.
• Curiosity, structured thinking, and focus on user value and measurable impact.
• Proven leadership to guide and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT products/projects.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of P&L processes and IT‑business integration.
• Knowledge of finance operations (a plus).
• Effective communication with Finance and Business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with SAP COPA/ML and related technologies.
• Knowledge of data management and integration.
