About The Role

We are on a journey to exploit the most impactful AI and automation solutions to assemble applications that assist our colleagues in specific daily activities. You will support the transformation of their processes, unleashing the potential of Reckitt R&D teams through technology.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the Product Manager and team in realizing the product strategy through incremental improvements, designing business scenarios and use cases. You’ll partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and manage product requirements. You’ll collaborate with Product Team members to elaborate those requirements and test whether they are satisfied by product increments. You’ll enable product adoption by delivering training to end users or relevant stakeholders (e.g., support teams).

Your responsibilities:

  • Elaboration, analysis, documentation, and testing of product requirements (e.g., features, user stories).
  • Preparation and delivery of product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams.
  • Design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximize product adoption/value.
  • Identification of relevant security, architectural, legal regulations, compliance requirements for AI product development and industry best practices.
  • Liaison with the Product Team and the business community to elaborate product requirements.
  • Support the Product Manager with the development and execution of the product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop bespoke analytical models which satisfy business needs.
  • Coordinate with UX/UI Designers, Architects and Platform Team Members to align on product requirements.
  • Write prompts and guide development team (functionally).
  • Maintain a working relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in delivery, testing, and support services.
  • Define KPIs and test protocols with Product Manager and support monitoring solution value with end users.
  • Preparation and monitoring of metrics, including product utilisation and satisfaction rates (e.g., NPS, number of end users, intensity of product usage), training surveys, stakeholder and user feedback.

The experience we’re looking for

  • Degree qualification in science or IT subject, or life science background or related discipline.
  • Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls.
  • Abreast of latest technology trends and opportunities/risks they present to the business domain.
  • Experience analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • Knowledge regarding AI technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering, data management, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards.
  • Competent user of requirements management tools.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to tight timelines under high pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a high‑paced environment without supervision, with ability to set direction and manage with hands‑off approach.
  • Ability to remain calm when under pressure.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility in analytical thinking, with creative and pragmatic problem‑solving skills to fulfil customer needs with high quality and continuous service improvement.
  • Excellent understanding of the organisation’s goals and objectives with strong commercial and business awareness.
