You’ll be responsible for supporting Product Manager and Team in realising the product strategy through incremental improvements to the product, designing business scenarios and use cases. You’ll also partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and manage product requirements. You’ll collaborate with Product Team members to elaborate those requirements and test whether they are satisfactorily fulfilled by a product increment. You’ll enable product adoption by delivering product training to end users or other relevant stakeholders (e.g., support teams).
Working with detailed oriented stakeholders with high expectations regarding quality and effectiveness of deliverables which products will bring; you will have the ability to operate with ambiguity in matrix structures (including people from different countries and companies) with a high sense of achievement through getting things done. You’re commercially astute and adept at interpreting complex data into easily understood communications and requirements for business and technical teams. You’re evangelical about technology and can articulate the benefits to both IT and non-technical colleagues alike. You listen carefully, building trust and simplifying complex topics. Above all, you’re a leader who knows possibilities of AI, have proactive approach, can motivate team and stakeholders, and is keen to find new ways to drive lasting benefits.
