We are looking for an Italian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Italian both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience will be considered an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Finding solutions to customers’ issues
- Analyzing customers’ behavior and maintaining a personalized relationship with VIP clients to meet their needs
- Monitoring customers’ performance & behavior to evaluate bonus crediting
- Ensuring product compliance with relevant regulations
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered an advantage
- Working hours: 8 am to 2 am, 5 days a week, including 2 weekends per month
