Join to apply for the IT4IT Business Analyst role at Jit Team .

We are looking for an IT4IT Business Analyst to join our clients Common Solutions Team. This role will involve contributing to the revision and development of the enterprise and solution architecture around the IT4IT estate. You will help drive key IT initiatives , focusing on expanding and consolidating our clients IT4IT landscape to support services such as service management , DevOps , testing tools , enterprise application portfolio management tools , and various other services across on-premise and cloud platforms.

What youll be doing

• Support strategic projects aimed at expanding and consolidating the IT4IT landscape .
• Enable automation and integration of AI into internal IT delivery processes (e.g., request handling, incident resolution, and standard services).
• Contribute to information and solution architecture for the IT4IT landscape, ensuring accurate steering information and correct data management practices.
• Actively shape the IT4IT target landscape and consolidate incumbent tools to create a simplified self-service and security-proof landscape.
• Coordinate the creation of an as-is landscape , including scope, for IT4IT and VIT internal systems .
• Create an overview of data landscape and integration, ensuring proper data flow and visibility.
• Contribute to defining data objects and ensuring accurate source identification.
• Collaborate with the IT4IT Architect to develop the IT4IT roadmap.
• Drive and participate in IT4IT projects , ensuring smooth delivery and advising on process improvements.
• Develop and manage functional requirements , write user stories, and communicate the vision to system owners and development teams.
• Prepare decision materials and ensure clarity in the delivery of solutions.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience in IT4IT architecture or as a business analyst with a background in target architecture, solution selection, and architecture reviews.
• Extensive experience with the IT4IT domain , including service management, service desk, DevOps, testing, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Strong communication skills , comfortable advising senior management and engineers, and balancing stakeholder interests.
• Ability to make decisions to ensure the successful delivery of solutions .
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments , with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English , both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Background in technical consultancy with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to management and technical teams.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework and experience building an information architecture.
