As a Windows Care Engineer, you will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Windows servers (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, and later) in a complex and hybrid infrastructure.
responsibilities :
Handle requests, incidents, problems, and changes across both Production and Non-Production environments
Manage network shares, backups, restores, and related infrastructure components
Contribute to strategic infrastructure projects and roadmap planning
Apply Microsoft security patches using Ansible and other automation tools
Provide support during business hours (08:00–18:00 CET)
Participate in on-call support outside business hours for Production systems (Watch Duty rotation)
Weekend work as part of a scheduled rotation

Technical Requirements
Proficiency in PowerShell and knowledges of Ansible
Good knowledges of Microsoft Patch Management solutions (WSUS, Windows Updates, Azure Update Manager)
Experience with Windows Server (2012–2022+) in virtualized environments (e.g., VMware)
Solid understanding of Group Policy, File Servers, Active Directory, Networker, Cohesity, DNS, NAS, and SAN
Familiarity with clustering solutions (e.g., Failover Cluster, Always On) and server hardware (e.g., HP, Vblock)
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
