responsibilities :
Realizes the strategy of the IT Services Department to ensure compliance with AmRests strategic objectives,
Proactively searches for functional best practices and disseminates knowledge, experience and actively supports the supervisor in developing, cascading and implementing the departments strategy / agenda,
Assure that projects and Change Request are implemented within budget and in accordance with business strategy and cost-benefit analysis (especially in the area of Kiosk, digital menu boards),
Ensuring that all contracts with IT vendors meet business needs and SLA,
Monitoring of provided services based on Monthly IT Vendors Review (SLA tracking, penalty fee amount in case of SLA breached, optional service improvements plan),
Establish control of provided hardware/ software assets throughout their life-cycle, especially Kiosk, MenuBoards,
Maintenance of standards, contracts, terms and conditions of cooperation,
Ensuring that the systems used are compatible with the licenses purchased.
requirements-expected :
University degree (preferably in Information Technology),
Minimum 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities,
Fluent communication in English,
Experience in Project Managment,
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
Full accountability for assigned responsibilities,
Proficient in managing time efficiently,
High analytical and organizational skills,
Ability to use and operate IT systems and databases,
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
