As an IT Validation Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our compliance efforts, ensuring our computer systems remain validated and audit-ready. You’ll lead change control processes, support system reviews and collaborate across departments to maintain regulatory alignment. From managing documentation repositories to advising teams on compliance with global regulations, your work will help safeguard the integrity of our IT systems and support our mission to improve lives.

Success in this role means being proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative. You’ll need to be confident navigating complex regulations and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. You’ll also bring a passion for continuous improvement and a consultative mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in GxP Computer System Software Validation
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, Part 820, Part 210/211 and local regulations
- Experience with Agile environments, GAMP 5, cloud computing and infrastructure technologies is a plus
