Which Balcia insurance subscription are you?

As a User Account Support Specialist, youll be the ultimate gatekeeper of smooth logins and system access - keeping the team connected, secure, and free from the chaos of forgotten passwords and tech hiccups!

Get ready to:

• register, classify, and resolve user access-related incidents, ensuring all requests are properly logged and managed
• manage and assign user access rights across information systems, following predefined processes and security protocols
• monitor and improve access management processes to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance
• maintain and update documentation related to system access, ensuring clarity and consistency
• provide support and guidance to employees and partners on system access and maintenance
• conduct security compliance checks, identify potential risks, and ensure adherence to access policies
• generate reports to support decision-making and optimize access management processes

About you:

• you are a natural problem solver with strong analytical skills
• you have experience with incident and request management systems
• your organizational and time-management skills allow you to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• you remain calm under pressure, especially during high-priority operations
• you have excellent communication skills in English
• you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring secure and efficient systems support

To fit here, you’ll need:

• a degree (or ongoing studies) in IT or a related field.
• at least 1 year of experience in IT support or user access management
• strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure and system operations
• a detail-oriented and security-first mindset, ensuring precision in access management
• the ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• knowledge of user access management principles, including working with Active Directory and Group Policies
• a solid grasp of information system security and compliance best practices
• fluent English skills to collaborate in an international tech-driven environment
