responsibilities :

Lead and manage IT transformation projects. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, including of monitoring of all aspects of the project, (scope, budget breakdown, business case, milestones)
Ensure project delivery, by assessing project statuses and proof of work.
Identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
Facilitate communication and data inputs between project teams, stakeholders, leadership, and employees.
Execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process, also by scheduling alignment meetings, proposing required analysis and information (if necessary).
Ensure standardization of processes and governance among entire Group

requirements-expected :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management. Experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.
Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
