We are looking for a  IT Training Specialist based in our Poznań location to join our team and contribute to the growth of the Digital Academy.

In Digital Academy, users get educational support and a fast track to make them ready for an effective start/co-operation with our IT products.  So, no more long materials, spending time on searches or postponing usage, just easily accessible and to the point guidelines. Good users experience is our focus.

What you will be doing:
As our new IT Training Specialist you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams/stakeholders e.g. product managers, experts and product owners to identify and support them in creating the content of recordings that support our users in their everyday work with IT products.

What you bring: 

  • Prior experience in similar area e.g. Training Coordinator / Specialist or similar role,
  • Experience in working with learning management systems and web delivery tools,
  • Proven track record and exposure to creating learning materials,
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training projects in a corporate setting,
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, openness to cooperate,
  • Fluency in English is a must,
  • Enjoyment the cooperation and support, with a “can do” attitude.
