• For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Technical Writer - hybrid work in Gliwice.

• Develop, organize, and write user guides, manuals, instruction documents, and other technical publications.
• Research products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented and ensure they are easily understood by a broad audience.
• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
• Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation.
• Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
• Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.

• Experience in Technical Writing for the IT/Software industry.
• Able to understand highly technical content, such as software code, system administration tasks, databases, network security etc.
• Agile Methodologies.
• Knowledge of component content management systems (CCMS).
• Knowledge of XML-based document management.
• DITA best practices for documentation design and content classification.
• Fluent Polish and English.
