We are eager to hire an IT Consultant/ Technical Engineer, who is an empathic and trustworthy team player, to sell our IT department services to other companies in the TKH Group.

 Must have:

1. Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. 
2. Proficiency in various programming languages, database management software and operating systems. 
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, including networks, servers and software. 
4. Familiarity in the cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and data protection domain. 
5. Experience with cloud computing and virtualisation technologies. 
6. Ability to lead a team, work independently or collaborate between multiple units. 
7. Sales skills are required, including the ability to network, negotiate contracts and build lasting relationships with clients. 
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English. 
9. 3–5 years of experience as an IT consultant in a technology-based company. 
10. Excellent written and verbal communication.

14. Good time management and organizational skills. 

 Your usual responsibilities

1. IT Services Sales: Building relationships with other companies in the TKH Group to sell IT department services, including consulting services, system implementation, technical support, etc. 
2. Technological Consulting: Providing technological consultancy to clients regarding the selection of appropriate IT solutions tailored to their needs and requirements. 
3. Client Requirements Assessment: Analyzing clients business needs and translating them into necessary technological solutions and services provided by the IT department. 
4. Proposal Building: Creating sales proposals and offers for clients, tailored to their needs and expectations, including pricing and contract terms development. 
5. Sales Monitoring: Tracking sales indicators and financial results of the IT department and taking action to achieve set sales goals. 
6. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and market trends in the IT field and proposing innovative solutions for clients. 
7. Technical Support: Providing technical support to clients in problem-solving and ensuring high-quality post-sales service. 
8. Coordination of Activities: Coordinating activities between different departments of the organization to ensure the effective implementation of IT projects and services. 
9. Team Management: Leading a team of IT specialists to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. 
10. Strategic Planning: Developing the IT departments development strategy in line with the organizations business goals and overseeing the implementation of these strategies. 
11. Other: Analyzing a companys IT system and infrastructure. Diagnosing IT system problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses. Training staff to use the new IT system. Planning a timeline for completion of projects.
