responsibilities :

• Team Management: Conduct disciplinary and formal conversations in accordance with company policies.
• Employee Development: Create development plans, run 1:1s, provide feedback/coaching, and promote proactive growth.
• Learning & Training: Recommend and coordinate trainings, workshops, mentoring, and integration support for new employees.
• Cooperation with IT Managers: Support annual reviews, assessments, succession planning, and implementation of corporate guidelines.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ensure transparent information flow, moderate meetings, and strengthen local and international team relationships.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to ethics, security, GDPR/NIS2 requirements, and collaborate with other departments, audit, compliance, and security.
• Operations & Recruitment: Prepare job descriptions, support IT recruitment processes, participate in interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Cooperation with Service Owners in IT area.

• Leadership: Demonstrates strong empathy and emotional awareness, enabling effective leadership of technical teams and support during high pressure IT situations.
• Difficult Conversations in IT Context: Confidently conducts challenging discussions related to performance, prioritization, incident situations, and cross team challenges.
• Matrix & Cross Functional Collaboration: Works effectively in complex IT environments, cooperating with architects, service owners, security, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitation of Technical Workshops: Can lead workshops, sprint/team meetings, and technical alignment sessions, using tools such as 360°, PDP, OKR, feedback frameworks.
• Relevant IT Experience: Brings at least five years of experience managing or coordinating IT teams, or working closely with IT operations, infrastructure, or service management.
• Education in Business or Management: Higher education in business management, or team management, with strong organizational and leadership foundations.
• Preferred IT Education Background: IT related studies or certifications are a strong advantage, supporting effective communication with technical stakeholders.
