responsibilities :

• Installation, configuration, and servicing of computer equipment (computers, monitors, printing devices, videoconferencing systems);
• Installation and initial configuration of software on devices;
• Technical support for end users;
• Co-management of the computer equipment and consumables storage warehouse, including ongoing maintenance of the equipment register;
• Co-management of workstation images;
• Monitoring repairs outsourced to external service providers;
• Preparation of equipment for disposal and sale.

• Higher education, minimum bachelors degree, preferred field of study: computer science;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in user support and service;
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware construction, configuration, and service;
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019 operating systems;
• Good knowledge of LAN-related issues;
• Good knowledge of office software, including the M365 suite;
• Communication skills, responsibility, independence, and initiative in action, supported by the ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of English at least at a communicative level.
