Your new role 

The role is responsible for supporting Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) platforms by maintaining reliable data flows and integrations across SAP, middleware, Salsify, Magento, and Baselinker. Key activities include system configuration, updates, testing, and deployment coordination, with strong emphasis on security compliance and stability of SAP‑connected systems. The position also provides technical support for EDI integrations with external partners and collaborates with internal teams through ServiceNow and external Magento vendors via Jira. 

• Maintain consistent and reliable product data flow across the full chain: SAP → middleware → Salsify → Magento
• Support product data imports and exports to Magento using structured files (CSV/XLSX)
• Provide technical assistance for marketplace integrations, including connection setup, product validation, and synchronization checks
• Diagnose and resolve system issues using logs from web servers, Magento, and Baselinker
• Troubleshoot and improve API‑based integrations between internal and external systems
• Support EDI data exchange processes with external partners via middleware
• Coordinate system updates, testing cycles, and production deployments
• Ensure adherence to current security standards and internal IT policies
• Communicate with external vendors (e.g., Magento partners) through Jira and collaborate with internal teams via ServiceNow
• Work closely with business stakeholders to support daily operations across retail, e‑commerce, and related functions

What you'll need to succeed 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system integration, ideally within e‑commerce or retail
• Practical experience with Magento 2, Baselinker, and marketplace integrations
• Good understanding of data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, XLSX
• Experience troubleshooting interfaces (API, SOAP, REST) and analyzing logs
• Knowledge of SAP, Salsify, and middleware integrations is a strong plus
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira for incident and project tracking
• Readiness to travel within the CEE region when required
