We are looking for a D2C Systems Support Specialist to ensure stable data flow and smooth integration across our key Direct-to-Consumer systems (SAP, middleware, Salsify, Magento, Baselinker). You will support system configuration, updates, testing, deployments, and security compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
responsibilities :
Maintain stable product data flow SAP → middleware → Salsify → Magento.
Support product data import/export to Magento (XLSX/CSV).
Provide technical support for marketplace integrations and API connections.
Analyze and resolve system issues using logs from Magento, web servers, and Baselinker.
Support EDI integrations with external partners.
Coordinate system updates, testing, and deployments.
Ensure compliance with security standards and IT policies.
Collaborate with vendors via Jira and internal teams via ServiceNow.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
2–4 years of IT support or system integration experience (e-commerce/retail preferred).
Experience with Magento 2, Baselinker, marketplace integrations.
Knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, XLSX and API/SOAP/REST troubleshooting.
Advantage: experience with SAP, Salsify, middleware.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent English.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira.
Willingness to travel within CEE if needed.
