Supporting the operation of business processes, company data and applications in the Sales and invoicing area (OTC) - in terms of their design, development, modification, and improvement
Ensuring the proper functioning of the aforementioned process in the supported system tools in accordance with business needs and IT best practices
Adhering to the established project schedules
Preparing and updating documentation regarding business processes, project requirements, and IT procedures
Ensuring the compliance of application operations with adopted documentation standards and internal audit recommendations
Cooperating with technical and business teams, as well as other global IT teams within the company
Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the best performance of the system/processes

requirements-expected :

Very good knowledge of sales processes, knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S4 systems configuration in the sales area
Experience in handling the SAP system in the area of transport and invoicing is welcome
Proficiency in written and spoken English (min. B2)
Independence, commitment, and openness to various tasks
Time management skills and ability to set priorities
Communication skills that allow for building lasting relationships with business partners
Diligence and accuracy in task execution
Ability to work in a team
