For the project that we are working on with our Partner, we are looking for IT System Analyst. Your duties will include: Participation in IT system implementation projects, including analysis, configuration, and system integrations Close cooperation with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and business stakeholders Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements Supporting the design and implementation of system solutions Coordinating activities related to system integrations Participation in testing and post-implementation support Requirements that must be met: Proven experience in IT system implementation projects Practical knowledge of system configuration and integrations Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Ready for hybrid working – Warsaw Very good English and Polish Nice to have: Experience in HR systems implementation Knowledge of HR processes and HRIS solutions What we offer: We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
