Our client is a Polish-Swedish company that provides its customers with unique software solutions. They cover areas such as digital marketing (CXP), SaaS solutions, iGaming, Blockchain, IoT, SmartFactory, and many more.

In this role, you will be responsible for independently performing a wide range of duties. This includes analyzing various problems, identifying solutions, and applying best practices. Your primary focus will be to support new or existing projects/tasks on a global level within the IT Infrastructure Applications organization. This requires working closely with cross-organizational users and technical teams.

We are looking for a person with systems experience, but if you are a Business Analyst with such knowledge, this is also the role for you!

Your tasks may include:

  1. Adopting and implementing new tools/functionality.
  2. Installing/configuring software/hardware.
  3. Making system modifications.
  4. Testing solutions.
  5. Analyzing usage patterns.
  6. Creating complex spreadsheets and generating reports.
  7. A key aspect of your role is to streamline processes, introduce efficiencies, and create clear process documentation for easy replication.
  8. Resolving user requests or incidents.
  9. Ensuring timely resolution of requests in defined service levels.
  10. You will also act as a mentor, guiding others in the tasks at hand and offering hands-on training as needed.
  11. Your direct supervisor will be the IT Applications Manager from the United States.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of experience as an IT System Analyst.
  2. Extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, templates, etc.
  3. Familiarity with Smartsheet tool, including creation of templates, creation of dashboards, etc.
  4. Experience in automating manual processes.
  5. Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  6. Knowledge of creating and modifying process flows and related documentation.
  7. Perform duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and perform tasks necessary to meet performance goals.
  8. Ability to work a flexible schedule to support users, team members, and implement projects in different time zones.
  9. Effective prioritization and execution of tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate and retain information and attention to detail.
  11. A willingness to learn new tools/services and apply the knowledge gained to projects/tasks, as well as share the knowledge gained.
  12. High self-motivation and self-reliance, and the ability to stand as a strong support to the team.
