responsibilities :

Analyze business and system requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications
Model business processes using BPMN and UML notations
Create and manage project documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
Collaborate with development teams, testers, and clients to ensure requirements align with technical solutions
Analyze and design API interfaces and work with data structures using SQL
Participate in Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
Test and verify solutions to ensure alignment with requirements

requirements-expected :

At least 4 years of experience as a System Analyst in IT projects
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Knowledge of tools and notations such as UML and BPMN, with experience in modeling business processes
Experience with APIs and data analysis using SQL
Familiarity with tools like Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence
Practical experience working in Scrum methodology
Strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented approach
Residing in Poland required
Fluent Polish required
