What makes you a good fit
You bring a strong technical foundation and a passion for secure, reliable infrastructure. Ideally, you have:

• Security & Systems Expertise: A high affinity for data and system security, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server technologies and server hardware.
• Virtualization & Data Management: Hands-on experience with VMware (v6.7–8.0) and practical knowledge of data management tools—ideally Backup Exec 23.
• Cloud & OT Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, and experience working with Microsoft Defender for OT.
• Networking Know-How: A good grasp of network principles and practical experience with OT networks, including TCP/IP field bus systems and relevant protocols.
• Infrastructure & Mobility: Experience in installing, configuring, managing, and administering network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless)—CCNA-level knowledge is a plus. You’re also flexible and open to occasional business travel.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in an international environment. As well as in the Polish language.
