Our client, company which supports their partners in terms of IT Infrastructure, looking for IT Support with Swedish/Norwegian language.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering IT support for user-reported issues
- Communicating with Norwegian-speaking users via phone and email
- Monitoring services and identifying recurring problems
- Creating and maintaining documentation, procedures, and routines
- Compiling statistics and reporting to supervisors
- Managing IT assets, including procurement, configuration, and deployment
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Polish, English, and Norwegian/Swedish
- Experience in troubleshooting software issues (Windows, Office, SharePoint)
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues (computers and peripherals
- Exceptional communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Nice to have:
- Basic IT administration skills (AAD)
- Basic asset management skills
- ITIL Foundation certification
