Are you passionate about cloud technologies and customer support? Join our team as a Cloud Support Engineer and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the cloud infrastructure, including scheduled maintenance and on-call support
- Execute customer change requests in alignment with established change control procedures
- Respond to incidents by troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues and collaborating with technical support and technology teams
- Maintain accurate and high-quality documentation for all tasks and procedures
What you will need to succeed
- Technical education or proven experience in IT support roles
- Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP, and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in managing critical customer issues is a strong advantage
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a focus on creating a collaborative work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others and seek help when needed
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
