• Oversee daily operations of the cloud infrastructure, including scheduled maintenance and on-call support
• Execute customer change requests in alignment with established change control procedures
• Respond to incidents by troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues and collaborating with technical support and technology teams
• Maintain accurate and high-quality documentation for all tasks and procedures

• Technical education or proven experience in IT support roles
• Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP, and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in managing critical customer issues is a strong advantage
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a focus on creating a collaborative work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others and seek help when needed
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
