responsibilities :

• The IT Technician’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Install, test and update computer equipment (workstations, peripherals, programs and software);
• Provide second level technical support, on site and remotely;
• Ensure maintenance, administration and security of the equipment;
• Support portable communication equipment (phones / tablets);
• Escalate incidents and follow up with users;
• Communicate with users, by phone, email or in person, to identify, resolve and document incidents;
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment;
• Document solutions in knowledge base;
• Any other tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

• Diploma in computer science or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsft Windows, Microsft Office 365;
• Experience in networks (TCP / IP, VPN etc ...) (an asset);
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Autonomous, rigorous and organized;
• Able to work in a team and under pressure;
• Great communications skills;
• Bilingualism English and Polish is mandatory;
• Experience in managing Office 365 & MS Intune (asset);
• Experience in managing in supporting and manage printing solutions;
• Experience with ticketing system and Knowledge of ITIL;
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
