Join our dynamic team as a IT Support Specialist in a international company in the furniture industry and assist colleagues from other countries in resolving IT issues!

What we expect

  • proficiency in French or Spanish at a minimum B2 level
  • proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
  • technical and IT skills
  • interest in networks, databases, programming, and computer tinkering
  • previous experience in a similar position (helpdesk/first-line IT support) is a plus
  • openness to learning and development
  • customer service experience
  • teamwork and communication skills
  • quick learning and problem-solving abilities
  • flexibility to work on a rotating schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM (7 days a week)

Your tasks

  • technical and IT support through various support channels
  • assistance in foreign languages (French or Spanish and English)
  • resolving incoming issues in a timely manner
  • performing duties in accordance with processes, rules, and guidelines
  • collaboration within the IT Service Desk team
